This definitely looked better in the pictures than in person. Cosmetically, you could tell they tried to update the old house but the front door was extremely dirty like a dog had continually scratched on it. I could see daylight through the door jam so not sure how safe and secure it really was. The laminate flooring was just put down on old floor with no subfloor. There was actually a sunken area. The shower floor was cracked and not finished around where the shower curtain was attached. The shower curtain was dirty. I would not recommend.
