Inn at Mountainview

Inn at Mountain View consistently is much lower in price for the same quality of stay compared to equivalent competitors in the Latrobe/Greensburg area.

In last few year I have came to this hotel the staff has become more like family to me most caring nicest people I have ever met. On top I been to many hotels even ones that charge a lot more and this is most clean hote I’ve been at.

I booked a room here for an interview at Seton Hill University. Very close drive 4 mins. This hotel is older and needs some TLC inside, some fresh paint, Brighter lights and clean elevator doors would do wonders, you can tell they are trying. Room is big! Hotel very clean and SMELLS AMAZING! I don’t know what cleaning product they use but the hallways smells great! Staff are very friendly, but scares! Sometimes you don’t see anyone managing the front and have to wait until someone appears. Building looks newly renovated in some parts, I think they are working on it. Breakfast is minimal. Cereal bar, eggs, potato’s and sausage patty, coffee bar. I had room 403 and it was so nice, even had a whirlpool tub that I didn’t use. The bathroom was a little dark since 1-2 lamps were not working. Would definitely book again

I stayed over a weekend and enjoyed the size of my room and its value. I will stay again next time I am coming to the area.

This hotel was reasonably priced and has a decent breakfast included. We stayed for four days but could not get the maids to clean our room, even though we hung the maid service sign on the door and asked the front desk to send the maids the next day. It is a shame that the previous Mountain View Inn was torn down with all of its history and charm. This hotel consists of the two newer wings of that previous hotel.
