컴포트 스위트 - 버크데일 빌리지 근처 - 헌터스빌

Upal is amazing. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay. If you have any problems he adresses them then and there. The other front desk staff are helpful and friendly as well. My only complaint, which is very small, is that there needs to be more variety at breakfast. But it's free so like I said, very small issue. Overall though, this property is very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Spacious and clean, will stay there again

All and all I may consider staying there again. The things that didn’t sit well: The first thing I noticed was that the elevator button was crushed in. Not bad but was a sign they don’t put much emphasis on maintenance. This was confirmed later repeatedly. When I first entered the room there was an odor reminiscent of a damp towels left there for days. I asked for a new room and they provided it without hesitation. To my chagrin, the new room also had the same smell, although it was about 75% better. When getting ready for bed, I noticed one of the shades was missing, and that I would likely be woken up by the sun (indeed I was). Perhaps I should’ve asked for another room but I didn’t want to make a scene. The room was quite large and the beds were comfortable enough. Housekeeping is only every three days unless requested otherwise. The mini fridge was a nice convenience and there were a few other conveniences that helped improve my likelihood of considering another stay.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly. They try to make sure you have everything you need. The only thing is I wish there had been more variety at breakfast. Other than that, this is a very nice hotel and close to restaurants and stores.

Nice Room , But not a Suite for Sure. It is a studio.
