Not a "Grand" Hotel. They do a very good job with cleanliness of hotel and this is very important to me, they succesded in this area but If I had paid more than *** for the " Superior 2 double bed" room, I would be upset. It's satisfactory for the price I paid but disappointing because the hotel's description of amenities is misleading the hotel is falsely advertising a few different things on travel booking sites. The breakfast was like a days Inn type deal but tbh I've even had better and a bit healthier options even at a days inn. The only fruit option were apples. The only cold cereal options were sugary fruit loops, sugar frosted corn flakes and I think cheerios - Nothing was labeled so I could not tell if they were honey or plain cheerios. Too many pastry, "carb heavy options" and too few protein options- they only had Jimmy Dean wrapped breakfast egg and sausage or ham sandwiches and yogurt for protein. Not everyone eats pork :( The refrigerator in my room had a tick, tick, ticking sound that was unbearable to fall asleep to. I had to get up after trying to fall asleep and move the refrigerator and a very heavy dresser to get to the plug unplug it. Luckly I didn't have food I needed to store in their refrigerator!!!! The outlet was scary/concerning because the two 3 prong plugs that they had plugged into the outlet did not fit properly- the microwave and refrigerator plug was way too big to fit both into the outlet together, so I immediately noticed that the refrigerator plug was hanging halfway out of the outlet with the metal prongs exposed because that's the only way it fit. It could not fully be pushed!!! I don't think this is safe at all!!! No!!!! Not good!!!! The hotel was clean. My room was clean. And I was very surprised I could not smell any pet odors any where in the hotel. I am VERY sensitive to odors and could honestly not tell this was a pet friendly hotel - this I appreciate!!! But fire hazard safety concerns with that refrigerator plug hanging out of the wall. After reading reviews I discovered I'm not the only one that had an issue with their room card keys not working DVD mine just not a fluke. My room card keys would not work when I arrived to my room ***- I was in 3rd level, had to go to front desk and hotel staff just ended up giving me an actual key to unlock my room. I was so tired,b it was so late at night abs I had my 2 kids, so this kinda sucked but was resolved quickly by giving me an actual key

Clean, well appointed, well located near major highways.

A gem of a place. Easy train access to to New York, close to beautiful parks and nature reserves. Friendly staff and very clean. We will definitely be back

nice place to stay. rooms are good size and the staff nice. Room are a bit old but not too bad. my couch had cushions from a different couch

rooms were clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast better than expected.
