Good breakfast, clean room, nice facilities

We where there for grandson navy graduation. Great location, very nice facilty. Don't think about couch as third bed. It is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. Because aware it is an extended stay. So you don't have daily maid service and you change your towels at desk if when needed. But they supply alit up front. It location is nice and walmart and a Huge mail are close with and arcade/ bowling for the kids.

Love this place and the staff. Will be back every year. From Florida!!!

This is not a traditional hotel. The layout resembles a small college campus dorm. Check in at main building was smooth and staff are really cool. You will either be living in building A or Building B. One of the doors on building B does not work no matter how many times you scan your key card just go to the front of the building it will work. Once inside you will see the interior is old, the baggage pusher is broken off the pole but still works. Old rugs, old elevator, then after navigating you get to your room. I had the queen one bedroom suite. It has two closets, a couple drawers, big couch, a couple tables, a sink, fridge and freezer; it was really convenient and spacious and then the one bedroom was a decent size no complaints once you are inside the room. However, the staff don’t clean up daily. Check in , check out then they throw out the trash and clean everything. Yes, you either have to take out your own trash or watch it pile up in the kitchen. The trash is a mini trash can that doesn’t hold much. There is no daily bed making up, no daily trash take out, no shower replenishing for towels, no toliet paper replacements, no mopping, and no soap replacements. Luckily I always bring my own towel on vacation so I was good. Because I wasn’t there much time it didn’t bother me but for someone there with another person you will have to reuse the same towels over and over. You have to ask for toliet tissue Luckily again I brought my own tissue and flushable wipes and my own soaps so I was saved. Also I brought a garbage bag so at least I had something to throw my trash away with, don’t rely on the staff to do it. There were blood stains on the shower curtain and drain for the shower and the bed; It bothered me but once again I usually showered and left for the whole day and didn’t return til late at night so it wasn’t a big issue but cleanliness was definitely lacking. I like having space and the suite was perfect for one person. With two people it will feel a bit crowded just so you are aware. Also check out is at 11. If you are in the room past that the staff will open the door. At 11:02 staff will knock on the door, walk in, and ask how long do you need in order to get ready to leave. I was legit in my towel putting on my clothes to walk out the door and the lady knocked on the door then popped in with a key The lady wasn’t rude, she was nice, but it still was a little weird to have a convo face to face in my towel. The hotel is cheap and is in a nice area with food options. It is a safe neighborhood and the parking is always available. Parking spots are a little tight at night with many people staying overnight so be aware you might get a few scratches like I did on my car but it’s okay that’s life. Front desk staff is nice and the cleaning lady is nice. The hotel is just old and outdated. It’s a Smaller establishment. For the money I paid I feel like I could have went elsewhere and got a lot better to be honest. They do have wifi and you will need it because the service for regular cell reception is terribly bad. Like one bar on the bedroom bad. Other than that no one bothers you the whole stay which is fine. Air conditioning and temperature box definitely works. Like I said not horrible but I also expected a lot better for the area that it is in.
