We found bed bug when we ask to lady about the bed bug she we are aware about those bugs. Then she ended up shifting us to another room but there was also same situation we can’t sleep whole night.I won’t recommend any one to stay there .

Hot tub/pool for the whole baseball team. We made a racket, no one complained!

Wow...where do I begin? My husband and I are local, due to flooding in our home we were forced to stay in a motel for 3 days. When we checked in the staff were irritable and not very friendly. I had to leave a $250 deposit due to being a local, which I was totally fine with. We stayed 2 days in a room on the 2nd floor (THEY HAVE NO ELEVATOR!) on the last day I was told I needed to move to the 1st floor, did not understand why? We complied and moved to a room which was not as nice as our original one. In the first 2 minutes I realized there was no TV remote. I told the front desk. She was in the middle of a heated argument with another guest about smoking in the room and not getting their deposit back. She told me rudely, she would have maintenence look at it and she didn't have another remote. I went back to the room and realized, this was probably going to be an issue so I went back up and told her that if moving to another room was easier, I was fine with doing so, and we did. After getting settled in, there was a knock at the door, it was the front desk girl and a young maid. They very rudely asked if we had smoked in our first room and the second room (which I was in for a total of 5 minutes.) We told them no, and I was frustrated asking them why they thought that and they said that we had the "do not disturb" sign on our door the whole time and that means we were probably smoking. WTF! I continued to argue with them and they left, saying it was fine, whatever that meant. About 2 hours later the phone rang and it was the girl up front, asking if I was there. I said yes and she tells me there was a misunderstanding and they didn't know which room I was in. I said was there a misunderstanding about accusing us of smoking and she says no and hangs up! In the morning, we were awoken to a loud knock. My husband answered the door, and nobody was there. A few minutes later there was a other serier of small knocks and the door next to us slamming shut. I answered the door and down the hall was a maid. I asked her if she was knocking, she said no, but it was clearly her or a maid. She asks if we are checking out soon!! It was 8am and checkout was 11am. I said yes, at checkout time. I was so frustrated we packed up and checked out. There was a new girl up front. It took her forever to find my cash deposit, she told me someone clearly hid it. I told her about the maids waking us up and she said, yes, they do that, trying to get everyone out as early as possible. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE WITH KIDS RUNNING IT. CLEARLY TRYING TO STEAL DEPOSITS AND HAVE NO UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'm a traveling healthcare worker who will spread how shady this place is to everyone. STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

We enjoy staying at this place because of the good breakfast, good prices, location and love the beds.

Room smelled musty,other rooms doors always slammed! Coffee’s always cold,it’s an older hotel. Door key had to be replaced DAILY! Microwave had a mess in it. Staff are nice,but the hotel needs cleaning of the floors and better housekeeping. Breakfast was at times scarce,depended on who wanted to put things out or not 🙄
