I'm a traveling nurse, excepted an assignment in Hillsdale, MI. Booked a 6 night stay at this facility with plans on staying 13 weeks until my contract date end. Worst experience, I've ever encountered during my years traveling and residing at many facilities. I could have tolerated the room, because I know how to clean for my comfort. But the attitude of the staff which was only 1 that I seen and that was the lady at the front counter, only seen her once during my stay and again when she knocked on the room door and yelled get out several times as if that was the only word she knew, nevertheless, she called the police after, I said , I'm leaving. Beware before booking at this place, not so much because the facility is awful which it is, but because the devil her self is staff there......I MEAN DEVIL, put at the end of the day she must know every knee shall bow even hers! Stay away her spirit is like nothing I have ever seen, please read the reviews before booking and if you must book there for whatever reason, please put in the whole armor of God you will need it for that devil. Blessings to whoever have to stay there, I praying for you in advance!!!!!!!!

Would not recommend this place. They will steel your deposit regardless of you being the perfect guest. The staff is very rude. And the hotel should be shut down due to unsafe rooms. The sinks was falling off the wall. It was 11 am on the dot but because I forgot something im the room and had to go back and get it. The women keep are deposit. She was very RUDE. Hotel is not fit for even Animals .

this place is absolutely awful. Do not go.
this was the absolute worst stay I've ever had at a hotel. The bathtubs were cracked the toilet leaks. The air conditioning didn't work. The beds were different sizes. They did not match anything. There was only three channels on the TV. Their breakfast bar is nasty looked Nasty was nasty. Everything was nasty then whenever I say something to the manager about the air conditioning and asked to move rooms she tells me no it's my fault that I have too much stuff in the room. That's why it's not working, I would not send my worst enemy here
