Presidential Suites Lifestyle Cabarete - Room Only

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing, largely due to poor management, inadequate housekeeping practices, and misleading advertising. The biggest issue occurred during checkout. I was embarrassed over a towel that housekeeping claimed was missing, despite the situation being handled unprofessionally and without proper verification. Instead of treating the matter with discretion and respect, staff created an uncomfortable and humiliating experience. Even after it became clear that the situation had been mishandled, no sincere apology was offered by management. The checkout process itself was disorganized and lacked clear communication. Management failed to take responsibility or address the issue in a customer-focused manner, which only made the experience worse. To make matters even more frustrating, the hotel did not match the description and amenities advertised on the third-party booking app. Several aspects of the property were misleading, leaving me feeling that I did not receive what was promised when I booked. A hotel is judged not only by its rooms but also by how it handles mistakes. Unfortunately, this property failed on both counts. Better housekeeping procedures, stronger management oversight, honest advertising, and a willingness to apologize when errors occur would go a long way toward improving the guest experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here.

great

The reception desk were very un helpful and seemed to make any situation worse instead of better They are trying to sell you a timeshare opportunity and are very pushy about this You are expected to wear a bright green plastic band and charged $50 dollars if removed or you lose, which makes you stand out with locals as a tourist Cleaning of room - extra charge Reception assistance - they give you more than a battle and treat you like your not a guest Complementary breakfast - this is so they can waste 2 hours of your day trying to sell you property Room has a smell of urine lingering Rooms and hotel is on a busy road so do not expect to sleep at night Would not recommend or stay again at this property

Room is ok -1 roll of TP is not enough -They charge extra to clean your room -They charge extra for towels -They waste your valuable vacation time trying to sell you their membership, actually sat down at my breakfast table without asking! - staff are miserable - rooms are very noisy as they’re right on the road Won’t be going back

Service and staff was terrible
