Our stay at the Wyndham Alltra Samaná in Las Galeras was a mix of incredible scenery and disappointing service. The hotel's greatest strengths are its stunning location and beautiful beach. The property is surrounded by breathtaking views, and most of the facilities are very well maintained, clean, and visually appealing. It is truly a relaxing place to disconnect and enjoy nature. Unfortunately, the dining experience was a major disappointment. The buffet offered very limited food choices, with little to no beef available throughout our stay. We also made reservations for the hibachi restaurant, expecting it to be a highlight of the trip, but the meal was practically inedible because everything was extremely salty. It was one of the most disappointing meals we've had at an all-inclusive resort. The service was also inconsistent. While there were a few friendly employees, most of the staff seemed to have an attitude and lacked the hospitality and customer service you would expect from a Wyndham property. Guests should feel welcomed, but many interactions felt indifferent or even unpleasant. Overall, I would rate this resort 3 out of 5 stars. If you're looking for a beautiful beach and a well-maintained property, this hotel delivers. However, if good food and warm, professional service are important to your vacation experience, this resort still has significant room for improvement.

Dear Management, I am writing to formally request a refund, either partial or full, due to significant misconceptions and misrepresentations regarding the all-inclusive package I purchased during my stay. Before booking, the all-inclusive package was presented in a manner that led me to reasonably believe I would receive the full range of amenities and services associated with an all-inclusive experience. Upon arrival, I was issued a black wristband, only to later discover that guests with a gold wristband received additional benefits and access that were not clearly disclosed before or during the booking process. At no point was it made clear that the all-inclusive package I purchased was a lower-tier offering with restrictions compared to another all-inclusive wristband. The differences between the black and gold wristbands created confusion and resulted in an experience that did not match the expectations established through the booking information. This lack of transparency amounts to a material misrepresentation of the services offered. Had I been properly informed of the distinctions and limitations, I would have either selected the higher-tier package or chosen a different resort altogether. Additionally, this issue, combined with other service concerns experienced during my stay, significantly diminished the value of the vacation I paid for. I respectfully request that you review my case and provide an appropriate refund or other fair compensation for the misleading representation of the all-inclusive package and the undisclosed differences between the wristband levels. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly and amicably. If necessary, I am prepared to pursue this matter through the booking platform, my credit card provider, and the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

El servicio, las installations y en general es lo mejor de lo mejor. Volveria mil veces a este hotel.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed the place. Beautiful beach, clean pools, friendly staff and great food.

Muy bueno, a pesar que el precio es económico esta muy bueno todo lo que ofrecen como resort, me sorprendió bastante. Solo destacar un poco la ubicación, es un poco lejos, recomiendo visitarlos durante 4 días y tres noches, para disfrutar mejor. Todo lo demás esta perfecto, le daré un 8.5 de 10, sin dudas volvería.
