Very expensive for what it was. Food was generally okay, but buffet restaurant is like a large school canteen looking onto the slides. The other restaurants were good but inside seating is very hot, and there aren't many tables outside - worth requesting in advance. Facilities are mostly set behind the hotel tower block with no view which seemed very odd as people are surely there to see the sea. Kids entertainment in the evening was terrible - they mostly seem to make kids sit down and watch their parents dance on their own to see whose parents get the loudest cheer - not particularly fun if I'm honest and kids were getting bored! Room was clean, as were restaurants but outside areas including the beach had broken glass and toilets by the main pool were so messy with generally people smoking inside! Overall I won't be going back.

The value for a family of four was worth it. The bellman to the welcoming team, front desk receptionist was courteous and pleasant. The rooms were clean and well stocked and the spacious. The food offerings were varied and everyone enjoyed the quality and taste. Entertainment for the entire family and choosing a pool was the hard decision as there was so much. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I stayed here with my family for a relatives wedding. This reservation was for an extension of my stay. The resort was very clean, nice size suites, and the staff were great! There was decent entertainment every night, daily activities such as water aerobics etc, and a few different restaurants (though we didn’t get to try them all) The buffet was our go to. There were many options, that were enjoyable. I tried the Steakhouse one night,a little before closing but the entree wasn’t the best. I ordered the rib eye well done, but received it medium rare. The server was extremely nice & helpful though and tried to do what he could to make the experience better, but I ended up going to the buffet instead. Maybe if I had went earlier in the day, my meal would have been better. The onion bread was really good though. Overall, I would highly recommend the resort. I believe that it is a great option for families, as there are areas for children’s entertainment. I will definitely return.

We stayed at this location for a friend’s wedding, and even though the facilities are very nice we had so many issues with our room from the moment we checked in. The staff didn’t seem to care and were not accommodating at all. We were with our two small children. Our room never had air conditioning working. It was hot and humid. After complaining about this for several times we were moved to another room the next day, which had the same issue. At this point they couldn’t move us anymore so we had to stay like that the remaining of our trip. Also if you are staying at Blue Waters, know that you will have limited access to the restaurants. There are only 2 restaurants there plus the buffet. Not what we thought we were paying for. The food is ok but not superb. In other words, this place is not what they advertise and you don’t get what you pay for. Also be careful leaving your belongings in your room laying around. A few of the people in our party got some things stolen by the housekeeping people. A lot of us had the same air conditioner issue in our room. There was no hot water for a couple of days, overall this stay was such a mess and a complete disappointment. Stay somewhere else!
