The hotel has changed since COVID. The cleanliness of the resort needs some work. Elevator, showers, fridge and floors. Get the diamond club if you want food outside of the buffet. The bar staff was good and so was the front desk. Bring your cleaning supplies!

It wasn’t bad but there were roaches at the buffet. It is dated. The food was not that good and the staff did not come to get our items after we checked out. We had to walk up a big hill with luggage. I def wouldn’t go back.

From the start, check-in took over an hour, and they mixed up our rooms. When I asked to have it corrected, a staff member said it would be $150 to change – even though it was their mistake. We eventually got the correct room bands, but one didn’t fit my friend’s wrist. Instead of simply helping, a security guard made a huge scene about it, despite the fact that we had the correct bands. The classism was obvious. Thankfully, another worker eventually helped us adjust the band, but later that same security guard targeted us again. Without even checking, he radioed other guards to say one of us wasn’t wearing a band. When we confronted him, he was rude and disrespectful, calling us names like “big waste gyal.” Yes, we responded back to his disrespect – but no guest should ever be spoken to that way by staff. On top of the terrible treatment, many of the servers were rude, the food was overly salty, and they served the same dishes most days. Overall, the customer service, professionalism, and hospitality were far below standard. I will never return and do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values respect and quality service.

That’s how you treat your own people? If the guest don’t stay at the hotels you won’t get paid so I am baffled they all feel the need to behave that way.
