The accommodation at the Mission Beach Escape AirBNB was completely unacceptable so we immediately left. The shower was dirty with scum on it, the bed linen smelt musty. The crockery was next to the toilet. Really?! We could not lock our door, just a unlockable fly screen door which went directly outside from our bedroom. The ceiling fan was filthy and had mould on it. Outside area was completely overgrown, with mould and mildew on the railings. Outside was a complete mess everywhere we looked and filthy, tools everywhere!Tricky to walk around. The photos on the advertised accommodation was nothing like the real thing. We immediately left, and stayed elsewhere. Honestly, It needs a complete clear out and clean up. If I could give it a zero, I would.
