All rooms looked onto the fuel bowser’s for trucks and cars. No staff at cashier point. A man came behind desk and took payment based on the booking site that was on his computer and handed over key with no explanation of services. At our room we found there was no TV and no wifi available-when we returned to ‘reception’ were told the technician had not arrived to fix issues. Another person at ‘reception’ made a half-hearted attempt at offering a complimentary pizza, but walked away to serve someone else. I was just too tired to give a ####. Talked with person staying next to our room and he had the same issues and he had paid $30 more than us. Other issues: cleanliness of room was poor, curtain covering sliding door entry did not cover this area, raising privacy concerns; the bar fridge door could not be opened fully due to hitting the side of the bed; 1chair, 1mug, 2glasses, 1spoon provided for 2people; the white towels were a gray colour, with no hand towel. Definitely not value for money-actually a real ripoff.
