Have stayed here numerous times and never had any issues. The location is perfect for those wanting a little more relax sn refresh and a little less hustle and bustle. The rooms are roomy and clean however some of the studios and hotel type rooms were missing either a kettle. Toaster or microwave as well as basic table wear, the pillows could do with replacement. However the breathtaking Marcoola beach makes up for anything the resort lacks. Less people less noise and uninterrupted views. We will definitely be back

The room was small, extremely bright at night, loud and falsely advertised stating it had a balcony. The room had one window that opened up to the hallway with an air conditioning unit in front of it. Could hear everyone walking past and it the lights were on all night. The curtain didn’t cover the sides of the window. Shower door jammed. It was *** dearer as well due to the time of year.

We booked the Ramada at Marcoola Beach for a couple of nights after our Fraser Island trip. For the price, it was really good value. Cheaper than most other Sunshine Coast options, but still in a great location. From our balcony we could see both the airport and the ocean, which gave us the best of both worlds. We even caught a beautiful sunset over the mountains and the runway. The hotel room itself was basic but fairly clean. The bed was comfortable enough, though probably getting a little tired. Facilities were pretty minimal—just a small fridge, tea and coffee, and a big TV with Foxtel. Only one couch in the room, but since we had our camping chairs in the car, we brought them up and that worked fine for a relaxing day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant was good, and it was only a short walk to the beach. Marcoola’s beach was quieter and less busy than some other Sunshine Coast spots, which we liked. We even spotted a snake on one of our walks. The local area had a few restaurants, and it was just a short drive to places like Coolum, Mudjimba, and Maroochydore, so pretty central overall. All in all, for the price, it was a good stay—basic rooms, friendly staff, a great location, and a quieter stretch of coastline.

The place was nice but quite dated — it could really use some renovation. The air conditioner was old, the bathroom drain didn’t work well, and the room had a strange smell when we first walked in. The mirrors also didn’t have enough light to properly get ready or check your appearance. Other than that, it was conveniently located and the staff were incredibly accommodating.

Tiny double bed everything was small and also very dated L ivy and facilities were good nice and clean But room was 2 star I’d say Disappointed considering I stay a lot of different places for work value for money was not worth it
