Gallery Motel

Comfortable beds. Room enough for 3 people and bags. Bathroom has no fan. Hotel rooms very clean but exterior of property needs a desperate clean.

Close to Murwillumbah’s Rail Trail and Art Gallery. Riverview Hotel and restaurants, shops etc also close by. Sue on arrival was very friendly and helpful, facilities are modern and new with a king size bed. Will stay again when in town.

Magical place old Murwillumbah still has this old fashioned way and great vibes from each star filed skies. I'm def gonna try and make my property fitted out exactly the same as th mavis Boutique Apartments

In the description, it said daily housekeeping. But when we asked for daily cleaning, they will charge $140/request. We also have to pay if we request the toilet paper. There is no staff on the motel, we have to ring or text them, but very slow respons, disappointing.

On entry to the room.found bed unmade and slept in. Towels used and not replaced. Unable to contact staff for a replacement room. No response to phone calls or emails. Terri ble customer service from the motel management and Agoda.....and still got email asking how much I'd enjoyed the stay!!!!
