Raglan West Accommodation Units

We booked two nights in the unit. There is no television which we did not realize when booked and the second night the neighbors had a party till 3.30 in the morning . I did call on their number to see if we could move rooms but there was no reply . Would have been ok if not for the party but concerning no one answered call . The town is about 20 mins walk away

No idea of raglan, spent ages online looking for places to stay. This place was at the offer price which I felt was worth every cent and would stay again at that price for sure. Beds are super comfy, it's very clean, it's private, there's a brilliant cafe onsite also. It's literally just up the road from the main area of raglan. Basic facilities but I wouldn't expect more for the price I payed. Powerful shower, fridge and heater. Thank you guys I would recommend you 😁

I booked two rooms and informed the accommodation that we would be late (after 5pm) for checking in. I received a letter saying that the keys would be left under doormats. Well, yes and no! I got one key but not another. I then called the number given. It was unattended for about 15 minutes. Eventually the phone was answered and the key for the second room was delivered, about 10 minutes later than promised. No apology was given for either mislaid key or being late. When the phone was unattended, I asked other guests if they had a different way of contacting the host, I learned that their key wasn’t under the doormat either. That night, I was in the shower then I realized that there’s no shower soap. Luckily we had two rooms, I then used the one from next door to finish my shower. The units are equipped adequately taking into account the low tariff but the staff aren’t doing their jobs. I didn’t expect special services, only the basic. However, even the basics aren’t there.

Thought it was overpriced for what it was. Furniture and beds made from pallets need to be upgraded. It was clean.
