Economy Motel Inn and Suites Somers Point

I was unsure about staying in economy Motel because last year I tried to get a room and there was a woman at the desk who was not pleasant or welcoming or accommodating. However this year I dealt with and extremely Pleasant gentleman at the front desk and his staff that could not have been more helpful if I asked them to. Their rates are the best in the surrounding area and I wish I could show you a picture of the bath water as opposed to the Oceanside Motel over in Marmora. this Motel economy actually provided a continental breakfast. They had a beautiful clean bath, clear water the staff was attentive, Pleasant, accommodating and not seemingly shady and ignorant. I had over sweat and they weren't banging down the door like other motels can do they were helpful it is the best spot in town on a budget I'll be going back for sure hit him up stay away from Oceanside in Marmora

It was not what I expected, the room smells so bad/ terrible,. The manger refused to give me refund , one of the was cursing and throwing stuff around all because I parked in front of my door, the manger never told me where to park , I did not stay at the motel , I checked out and drove back home. I dont recommend this motel to anyone.

The room was DIRTY and MUSTY! It was the worse motel room I ever experienced. Clumps of hair in the bathtub and on the shower curtain. The bathroom floor was DIRTY. No security chain on the door.

Whatever you do, don’t leave the shower and touch anything! You will stick to everything and anything. Filthy, filthy, filthy! Anything filthy filthy it was filthy filthy

Overall a decent spot. Breakfast was pretty whack, but it is what it is. Facilities could use updates, but it's a typical JerseyShore motel. Easy access to OCNJ and other shipping for necessities. Staf was always friendly and accommodating. I'd stay again.
