The parking lot as well, lit and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful! We had two very small issues in our room. The door handle to the bathroom was very loose and the tub floor sounded like it was going to crack. The room was clean and everything worked just fine. I would definitely stay there again!

People were nice and hotel was close to useful stores. Breakfast could of been better but I enjoyed everything overall

The receptionist was amazing. She was kind, courteous, professional and firm on the rules without being overbearing or rude. She attended to every concern question or need that I had. However she kept getting text messages or emails or something from who I believe was her bossjust because of the context of our conversations.. again with her being the professional that she was, she never directly commented on the text and emails.. but it was pretty obvious. Every one of them made it stressful both for her and me and it was completely 100% unnecessary. She was doing an amazing job all by herself. I do not know her from the outside she did not ask me to write this. And I hesitated before I did because I was afraid it was going to get her in trouble. However, if my boss was micromanaging me like that I would be miserable and I would want somebody to call it to their attention. And she said not one thing about it. But for example I had just had surgery and was trying to pack up my room by myself after sleeping with my feet propped on five pillows and I'm still being as swollen as pillows themselves the next day.. so I was about 15 minutes late checking out. She was trying to accommodate me but it was very obvious that she was getting pressure to get me the hell out of there. It was just unnecessary it was extremely obvious that I was leaving and literally couldn't move any faster. A comment that she made about how she was already told that she should keep my deposit because of my tardiness checking after checking her phone repeatedly and looking more and more stressed out told me everything that I needed to know. And that's only one example of probably five that I have of the exact same situation. And I know that this review makes me sound like a pain in the ass but I promise I'm not LOL I have worked in customer service for 20 years I normally bend over backwards to not make anyone's life any more difficult but I just literally needed a little help that day.
