the place needed a serious help. The toilet mad noise all night, the beds (sizewise) were supposed to be full size, however only 1 person not over 5 ft. would be comfortable. I felt every spring in the mattress. They really need to replace them. A shooting took place within the block area of our weekend stay, children and adults were either moving vehicles or making noise all hours of the night. I would recommend checking the insulation to muffle the noise. The curtains did not close completely so anyone walking by could see you sleeping. I could go on and on. But just know if you are not a partying- stay up all night- just want to hang...this is your place. Otherwise avoid it

Stayed on a week day with my son. Great location right near boardwalk, beach and convention center. Rooms are dated but clean. Will stay again

We came mid-May before the summer hustle and bustle. The room was nice and clean, easy access to everything. Great time and wonderful staff.

They allow dogs which is fine however the first room stunk like dog pee bad as soon as you turn on the a/c and you could see where dogs had urinated in the door jams and walls didn’t smell the least bit clean ; they did move us to our second room which was ok except there was no security lock only a very loose locking bedroom door type key knob no dead bolt no chain no anything extra for security and the adjoining room was a shabby lock at best there were loud parties in the back parking area until 2 am three of 8 nights which is owned by the property but not for the guests to use it is used for day parking for $ and there were loud parties across the street in another motel owned I believe by the same people as you would see them going from property to property there were guest smoking weed everywhere which if that’s your thing it’s fine but when you see children maybe don’t smoke your bowls and blunts next to them, we had to secure our doors both exterior and adjoining room door with chairs under the handle and pushed together to feel safe enough to sleep -then two night before we check out an animal of some type I assume a rat is trapped in our wall screaming and scratching in the wall next to the head of our bed at 1 am - we go to the office that they live off of which is locked with a broken glass door - I call the number several times and they finally call me back and they ask if maintenance can come tomorrow- no me and my child can not sleep with animals in the wall screaming and scratching and freaking us out- they agree to give us a different room -room #3 at this point - we have to pack and move all of our stuff at now 1:30Am and they want the keys back on a half hour which I’m sorry no you’ll get them in the morning when we wake up- they agree we get in the room seems ok then all of a sudden no electric in the bathroom - we let them know this in the morning finally at 2 pm they come Out-which we’ve now waited for all morning and half an afternoon- we leave to go out while maintenance is there 430 we get back no maintenance no electric in the bathroom - we tell the office we leave come back at 11:30 pm we have electric - try to go to bed but they have people checking in at 1am who wait for friends who check in at 1:30 and who at 7:00 am decide to be so loud they wake us up from below us. Go to the bathroom- no electric- go back to sleep and then at 8:30 get up and I’m told told maintenance was there but we were sleeping to fix the electric - which really when exactly - the electric that was promised to be fixed the day before by the time we got back from the boardwalk that night and did indeed work for 3 hours of our stay. Spent the morning with no electric in the bathroom so can’t shower can’t get ready in the mirror etc. they were very apologetic however while I appreciate them being apologetic I don’t think just an I’m sorry is appropriate considering the total amount of things that happened and the amount I paid to be there honestly. They are nice and polite and pleasant but not a great place not that safe a bit scary when it’s a mom and daughter with some big issues and no onsite maintenance to resolve those issues and some type Of animal infestation in the wall.
