Comfortable to stay Clean bedding

This is the second year staying here (2022 & 2023) for a festival. Both times were good. I feel like this time was better than last and deserved the review! We got in super late and they were still cool and nice at the front. The room was nice, booked a suite king. We got a good deal on it through the booking website. Had a couch, nice size closet, pretty bathroom and a halfway kitchen (when booking we thought there was the oven/stove and sink in kitchen, no coffee maker). In our room, the A/C didn’t cool too much but a cool front came in so it wasnt unbearable. Had to like side bump the door and fight it to get it open. But it was nice having a full size refrigerator! Also no snack vending outside, only soda one. Quiet area but can definitely hear through the walls super easy.

I was actually surrised by the place. My room was immaculately clean . My only complaint is that theres no coffee maker. If youre going to put a microwave and fridge....why not go shead and put a coffee maker? Breakfast wasnt offered and I knew that when I booked...but most people want their morning cup. Also, the parking atea could have been a little cleaner...quite a bit of trash lying around. The morning staff at ck out was friendly but not Texas friendly. ..a little abrupt. He wasnt at the window and the key card deposit was brimming over full. When he came to the window it felt like I was interrupting something...a little detached. . Overall though...if you're just looking for a decent place to lay your head...its a clean place , well lit parking, and felt pretty safe.
