One hammer ID still have no ID to get the room stuff if you can can you please refund my money back to my bank card I’ll pay for the hotel room for the fifth through the 10th. I never got the room. I didn’t have an ID I had a blink corner. I had like a paper ID and stuff. The man say you’re gonna take that and stuff and I can refund me my money back to my bank card today my money back to my bank card and stuff because I didn’t get the room. I have no idea. I have the reference. I have my booking ID number and stuff and booking number if you need that booking number is 999664174and reference number is 17385563093 okay

The location was perfect, offering easy access and convenient parking, while the bathroom and amenities were clean and well-maintained. Sleep quality was comfortable, making for a restful stay. Facilities were good overall, though shopping options nearby were limited. Staff interactions were somewhat inconsistent but didn't overshadow the positive experience.

It is what it is for the location...does the job when a pinch... that area is busy and can seem sketchy...but, you should know that already... room was clean, nice staff, clean and update bathroom in the room... slot of other hotels sounded like they had communal restrooms... so, that was a plus

It’s not professionally run. In one example, I asked for a late checkout. The person I asked said it was ok and that he’d tell “Henry” the manager. He didn’t. Henry came to my room at reg checkout time to tell me it was time to vacate the room. For 10 minutes we argued BECAUSE HIS STAFF MEMBER DIDNT TELL HIM. Henry acquiesced…but I already wasted time I needed having the convo with Henry. Upon my departure he told me he’d checked with the staff member who confirmed my story. He said he’d give me free parking the next time I stayed there. In fact, I stayed the following week and I got the free parking…but Henry wasn’t there and there was no record of his offer, so he had to be tracked down. At my second stay, as in the first, the phone in the room didn’t work. At the second stay, the tv was missing a remote. The desk person came to the room and turned the tv on at the tv. Ok…how to change channels? Another person came to the room to fix the phone and bring another, second remote for the tv. This man said he doesn’t work for the hotel but was just helping. 2 stays. 2 people who don’t work for the hotel are interacting with guests. Not the sort of system or secure practices I expect. At the second stay I was told there’d be a queen size bed in my room. It was smaller than a queen. The soap provided is a mini oval cake of soap the size of a 50c coin. Why? Why no containers attached to the wall with body wash And shampoo? I’ve stayed twice. Issues both times. Henry is trying to run the place but he can’t be there 24/7 and no one else has authority to make a decision. If something serious happened, no one there is equipped to handle it.

I was locked out of my room my key did not work it took over 30 minutes for somebody to come to the front desk the elevator was out of service I couldn't get towels phone did not work shower was missing the handle and it was just horrible
