We expected the worst per reviews surprisingly the hotel is very clean and check in staff especially Antonio is so pleasant and helpful. Location is good closed to eateries and mall

This place is nothing like the pictures so do not let that fool you. The room is not new, it’s old and moldy, the bathroom door was falling apart, the room is dirty, the linen is so old it was see-trough, the door will not lock from the inside, the WiFi was slow to nonworking, no hot water, the elevators were filthy, it does Not give you a sense of security at all, the furniture inside the room was falling apart, the people around the hotel were very questionable, and there were cops outside the hotel when I arrived. This is not a 3-star hotel, not even close, it’s more like a 1-star motel. Then when you complain to them about the false advertisement no one wants to take responsibility, not Agoda or the hotel. I will not recommend this place or this app to book your travel.

I booked through Agoda. I went to the hotel 2 hours before check in time to see if I can check in early. The receptionist says they do not have any rooms for me. I showed the booking, but they said they do not have any rooms for available for today. I contacted Agoda and informed them, and started looking for another hotel. Then someone came and said they will have a room at 4pm. It was as confusing. Also they do not have any customer service in the morning before 8am.

Place not ready to except visitors, it's going under construction.Rooms are not completed with amenities and still need some work done.
