I booked this hotel with Agoda, and got their and they was full, Agoda told me it was non refundable LMAO, o would recommend the hotel but not agoda

This hotel is good for location and for the price but lacking in breakfast. Also customer response. They never pick up the phone and I called several times for assistance even for wake up call, phone just keeps ringing and no one answers

Good for a night. Clean, quiet and comfy

I really enjoyed my time at Baymont by Wyndham Augusta West. I don’t stay at hotels very often, but have stayed at a couple of different Baymont by Wyndham locations and was always very impressed, so I gave this one a try. My room was nice - large, clean, super comfy bed, large TV…did I mention the realllyyy comfortable bed? The housekeepers were very friendly, and they respected the do not disturb sign when I wanted to sleep in. Everything exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed the snacks that they have in the lobby, especially when I woke up hungry at 4am and could pop down there and buy a drink and a hot pocket, because driving to a gas station was the last thing I wanted to do. The staff were all so nice and helpful and had great attitudes, even in the middle of the night. No one had the *I don’t want to be here so I’m going to play on my phone and hope no one asks me for anything* attitude. You know what I’m talking about. Every member of the staff that I interacted with had the opposite attitude - all smiling and happy to help. Faye went ABOVE AND BEYOND though. We interacted quite a bit. I wanted to extend my stay for a night and she told me about Agoda to help me get the best deal, and she let me know that I could stay in the room I was already in, which was a game changer for me. If I was worried about something, she would explain it to make sure the worries disappeared . Every time I passed her at the front desk, she would make it a point to say something, asking if I needed anything or just a friendly hi how are you. If she was on the phone, she would smile. Towards the end of my stay, one of my close family members was rushed to the hospital and had to have immediate surgery. I had been awake the entire night at the hospital, and was so worried and upset. As I was walking back in to the hotel, she noticed I was crying. She asked me if I was okay and listened as I told her what happened. I felt comfortable opening up to her because of her caring nature. She offered comforting words and was so genuinely kind. It calmed me down and made me feel a lot better. Those are just a couple of examples out of the many that made my stay even better. Like I said, she went above and beyond time and time again. To conclude my essay which was meant to be a couple of sentences: I rarely write reviews, but when someone does so much more than their job duties and stands out, I will make a point to remember that person’s name, and I will sing (well, type) their praises in hopes that they read it and know how thankful I am, but also in hopes that their boss will read it and learn how much of a positive impact said person had on little ole me, such a positive impact that I spend over half an hour crafting a detailed, but badly written and repetitive (my brain isn’t great at gracefully putting my thoughts into words) review when I have 100 things on my to do list. I’ve only been lucky enough to write a few of these glowing reviews - they’re only for the super special. I also hope that people trying to decide on a hotel read this and, in hopes of experiencing what I’ve experienced, choose this hotel, leading to more business and hopefully, more loyal customers. Hopefully Faye will receive a raise, a promotion, a reward, or all that and more! She deserves to be recognized. She is the reason I took the time to write this review, and the reason why I will stay at this wonderful hotel again. Thank you again Faye & everyone else who made my stay comfortable and relaxing.
