walking distance from Disney , restaurants adjacent , Walgreens open 24 hours . Starbucks , i mean there so many positives . if i had to pick a negative it prob the door to the room and the bathroom hit each other , as if the contractors didn't measure clearance so you would get trapped in bathroom

We had a horrible experience at this hotel, we have always stayed here and loved it until this time. We had scalding water and was impossible to take a shower with the water like that, I went to the front desk and informed them about the situation and they said they would send maintenance to fix it, we went to the parks that day and when we came back to our room at midnight we found out that nobody came to fix it as the water was still scalding hot. It is a basic expectation that the hotel must provide and it is reasonable to expect the hotel to provide a functioning room or a meaningful accommodation/compensation. They never even tried to offer us moving rooms and they even told us that they wouldn’t have any maintenance coming over to fix the problem until who knows when, in the meantime we pretty much had to deal with it, when I asked to talk to the manager they said that they didn’t have one for the day. They are not trained to solve any kind of situation nor are helpful

Great hotel with great location. Many places to grab a bite to eat and very close proximity to Disneyland.
