Facilities are good as well as location. Cannot watch tv because cable tv is intermittent. A sign in the front desk admits to it as well.

The area is in a shady neighborhood with homeless people in the back alley. The check-in office is small and makes it seem like a shack. Now for the room: I had a leaky tub faucet that would not stop leaking water all night. Very annoying. The room itself smelled like strong chemicals and cigarettes. It was so strong that I had to run down to the store and buy air fresheners so I could tolerate the smell. The AC system was super old, filled with dust, mold and cranky noises. And finally the worst part: BUGS. I found 2 small pillbugs in the bathroom and 1 on my bed. Gross. The front door of the motel room had a large hole in the bottom, so literally anything with more than 4 legs could crawl under at any time. I would not recommend this motel unless you are super desperate and poor.

Dirty Not safe Extremely rude Bad part of town Homeless people After I booked through Agoda based on the images seen, I arrived 20 min later to check in. This was early evening so week last check in times. When I got out of my car I was immediately approached by an older Indian guy who said 2 meore hours. When I said nevermind and was leaving, he said ok. When I gave him our IDs he showed us the laminated sheet of room info which included, "no porn" and "TVs may or may not work" and etc. Considering the shady property and homeless people hanging nearby, I asked to see the room. He refused and I said we will leave. He then threw our IDs back at us through the window. He had broken English and was very rude. All this could be blown over except for the fact he refused to answer Agoda's call to verify I didn't check in. He flat out said he would not answer. Since then I've been trying. I called repeatedly to ask if he would answer their calls and email and he plays like he will but then doesn't understand what I'm saying. He still won't answer Agoda's contact. Basically he ripped us off because he was angry we didn't want to stay.

If you have any respect for yourself this is not the place to be. Worker is a grumpy old man that you can not understand. He makes you read a sign before getting a room which also says cable for tv may or may not be working. The constant sounds of sirens throughout the night. Overall it needs improvement.
