The location is good—walking distance to the ballpark—and the hotel looks nice for the price, offering good value overall. However, my experience had some disappointments. The key to my room didn’t work properly and required “wiggling” to open. Housekeeping missed details: used toiletries were left in the bathroom, and there was an opened sports drink in the fridge. I also felt uneasy seeing several "women" checking in and then waiting in the parking lot for "customers". Breakfast was decent, but the hotel could improve cleanliness and security to match its location.

Shady Hotel in good location
The best thing about this hotel is it’s location in the heart of Old Town but the hotel recently changed its name and the management and somehow gave the feeling of unsafe. You could smell marijuana in the hallways and the elevator. Even though it was priced right, it didn’t feel safe. First day, our room safe wasn’t working and they were not able to fix it. When we asked to change the room, they fixed the safe the next day.
