아비드 호텔 보스턴 로건 공항 - 리비어 바이 IHG

The lobby was a just a bit rundown. It gave me a 2-2.5 star hotel impression, but the room was excellent 3-4 star level room accommodations. (See room photos-speaks for itself) It's updated new clean, upscale (only the air con was on its last leg noisily struggling to pump cold air--luckily not an air con user). Really nice. The soap/shampoo amenities was Dove line. It's ok but I'm actually allergic and luckily had a very small supply of my own stuff to use, along with some emergency hydrocortisone. They have a really nice 24 hour self service coffee and tea drink station (nonalcoholic) with Italian sodas. And a "market" to buy some food items. I chose this place for the free shuttle to/from airport. Just needed one night layover. The staff personnel review is mixed. I loved the room attendant. She was really sweet! The front desk is ok too. However not specifying whom bc there may have been some misunderstandings and miscommunications. But this one staff person said I was too "big" for the hotel and might not fit through the doors. And left me with some words about "respect" which I couldn't quite understand. Now I'm a bit curvy and wore two jackets bc I didn't want to pack into my carry on but I'm not obese. (See icon pic)Also not sure that is relevant and it’s definitely not good to insult a guest. I'm trying to be understanding bc sometimes you have a hard day and it's a hard life. Service jobs can be thankless. I thought to complain but I'm not going to.

This is a really good hotel at a reasonable price for overnighting while transiting through Boston. I've used it a couple of times now and it will be the first place I look at in the future. The staff are pleasant, helpful and efficient, and the facility reflects their enthusiasm, including the free airport shuttle service. The free breakfast was definitely above average for hotels. My be was very comfortable and the pillows were so good that I intended to take the cover off to see what brand they were, but I forgot to do so in my early morning groggy state. I was very happy all the way around.

I recomend it to stay, clean, breakfast was reasoniable, staff nice The only thig i saw wrong was the bed ends (Metal) had no covers or protection and scrapped my leg on it

조식 훌륭하고 깨끗한데 주변에 아무런 식당, 편의점, 쇼핑가능한곳 없어서 아쉬웠어요 조식은 그만하면 훌륭합니다
