I love it there it was clean and the staff was so nice.

This is a PET FRIENDLY HOTEL! We stayed there for 3 nights with our PUPPIES and had a neighbor make a complaint about our pups crying when we left out the room(I would expect this to happen)! So we were there Friday, Saturday and Sunday, checked out Monday. On SUNDAY about 5 minutes after I went question 2 charges in my credit card AT THE FRONT DESK, the clerk CALLED me to Inform me that there was a continuous complaint about my room with dogs constantly barking. I asked her when was the complaint made and she said she wasn’t sure. So I then got Into an argument with her about the barking bc it’s a PET FRIENDLY HOTEL and you cannot tell a dog to not bark when you leave the room. So that went on for several minutes. Then I asked again when the complaint was made and she said she didn’t know, I said exactly, my dad was in the room from around noon Saturday until we got back that night AND he was in the room ALL DAY SUNDAY. Then she said oh the complaint was yesterday and I proceeded to tell her their employee came up there to investigate the complaint and told us as it is a pet friendly hotel, we can only expect dogs to bark. I was more upset bc she couldn’t tell me when the complaint was made, and then did not have the audacity to tell me about this while I was standing in front of her 5 minutes prior to the phone call. THEN I wake up Monday morning to ANOTHER charge on my card and the clerk kept saying and incidental charge as I questioned it several times, she then said it was an accident from an overnight audit and they would reverse it back to me.

Went with my 15 year old daughter and one of her friends for the annual scrapin the coast show and we had a great time! The staff was truly amazing!! Breakfast every morning was on point! Relaxed at the pool and even hit the gym in the mornings. Definitely will return in the future!! Lots of families with children of all ages and it looked like everyone was having a great time.

One of the reasons my family and I chose this hotel over others, is that the Agoda description stated that it had an indoor pool. Unfortunately, it does not.

It was a hotel I stayed at on a business trip. In other hotels, there is a place where the refrigerator is cold from the beginning and the water is put in the refrigerator as a pat bottle, but this place did not work because the refrigerator was warm from the beginning. I had to store presents for my family in the fridge, so I chose the Hyatt because I expected the fridge to be there and the facilities would be good, but when I first entered the room, the fridge was not working for 30 minutes and the temperature was hot. So I called the lobby and tried to tell them the solution, but the phone didn't work and was silent. Eventually, when I went down to the first floor 2 times in my pajamas and asked the staff, they kept me waiting for a long time, saying it was annoying, and she just laughed and ignored me. (She ignored me for not being able to speak English well, saying she was a foreigner) It occurred to me that she was either retraining in service or a female employee who wasn't fit for the position. That day, I slept in a terrible place with a broken phone and Wi-Fi inside the hotel, a place where the front door lock is only half closed, and a refrigerator that does not work well. So I thought it was too expensive to stay here for a day for more than $130. I share my experience today because I don't want other visitors to suffer the same damage as I do.
