We have stayed in this hotel several times! It is a great location and very quiet! The room had a fully equipped kitchen/living area and a two separate bedrooms. A walk in shower in master bath was great! However, the mattress was hard/uncomfortable. We awoke with a backache each morning. Also, the furniture in living space needs updatied; the decor was also odd with a picture small picture placed to one far side of couch….sorry that kind of thing bothers me. Would I stay again? Yes, but I would ask for a room with an updated mattress!

Hotel goes beyond rude and inconsiderate. It may have crossed over to illegal behavior
Over a hundred guests had their reservations cancelled by the hotel, mine was without notice. I booked three months ago, paid the full amount asked for, and had confirmation the day I arrived. The hotel had contacted me, ensuring I pay the full amount some time before the refundable period ended, but made ZERO attempt to tell me when my reservation was cancelled. I didn't find out until I tried to check in. The manager blamed the booking entity for undercharging me, and said they cancelled rather than honoring the agreement. This reservation was over 3 months old, and the manager said they did it to over a hundred people. Over a hundred people showed up to no room with their families on vacation, because of the hotels lack of honor to uphold a contract and it's discourteous nature, by not informing ANYONE. Agoda still thought it was a valid reservation. My money was gone for all that time, and they probably accepted it. By accepting money for something they had no intention to provide, they may have gone beyond rude, they may have committed crimes. How many thousands of dollars did they receive and keep, from the hundred that manager referenced?
