I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE MORE THAN HELPFULL WITH THE TRANSITION FROM BOOKING TO RELAXATION.

Let me first start by saying Miss Tiffany is amazing and always greats me every time she sees me and my daughter. I love her I don't remember the other staff names but there great as well all but the old white lady Eleanor that works at night she is beyond rude. And Eleanor customer service sucks. On more then one occasion she has been rude to me but Miss Tiffany handle it thank you miss Tiffany for all you do your the best Thanks Jessica

Since day one miss Tiffany has been the best. And the other staff as well all but one the old skinny white lady Eleanor that works night is rude. But I mentioned it to Miss Tiffany and she immediately apologize to me about the old skinny white lady Eleanor and handled the situation. I love Miss Tiffany she is funny nice and friendly and greets me by first name Everytime I leave or come back. The rest of the staff as well, but the skinny white lady Eleanor.

I been here a few weeks and since day one Miss Tiffany and all the other staff members are friendly and wonderful but the rude old skinny white lady Eleanor she is the most rude person I ever met since I been here. But Miss Tiffany handle everything when it came to that. Miss Tiffany keep up the great hospitality and customer service your the best

I’m here working a contract for six months and being away from Home; not having my bed to sleep in, not being able to cook in my own kitchen or anything because I’m so far from Home; would make anyone Homesick! Staying at ESA and having the staff that comes with the excellent service they give; if and when needed! Having a suite with a kitchen doesn’t get better than staying at ESA!
