Understanding the phrase “act accordingly” and “treat others like you want to be treated, go hand in hand with this type of business! The management her is amazing considering the location and all types of people that come thru there doors! So they may come across blunt but they will never kiss your ass! I love this about them! They are more then will to accommodate or let you walk right out !!! Obviously they are doing something right to stay open and have regulars like myself !!!

The prices here use to be a lot cheaper, but recently they have gone up significantly and I have no idea why, because their breakfast actually has declined in the past couple of months, which I thought was impossible to do, since it wasn't good before. Half of the amenities that the site claims to have, have never been opened to experience each time I stayed here. There is no hot tub or pool in working condition. The washer works great, but the dryer takes 2-3 times of payment to get your clothes dried properly, but the staff that cleans are really good and on it each and every day you stay. They make sure that you have clean towels and enough soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and coffee for your room. Each room has a decent fridge and microwave and plenty of closet space. The showers have always been hot and the beds are comfortable to sleep in. The location is amazing with I-15 2 minutes away and the Blue Trax line is 3 minutes away by walking. They also have a great security system, with plenty of cameras everywhere, since there are a lot of people outside walking around that are not staying at this facility. Overall it's decent and if the price was cheaper like it use to be, or even a little bit cheaper than that, I would bet they would have more bookings and more business overall, since there are 5 hotels in a 2 mile radius of this place and they are all about the same price, but some of them have working pools, hot tubs, indoor gyms and 2 of them have amazing, healthy breakfast options, so I'm sure that's why this place always has vacant rooms. So pros and cons like most cheaper hotels, but I just wish the price was better, especially if your staying for a longer period of time, because I would want consistent money coming in each week from someone who causes Zero headaches for them, instead of no money at all But that's my opinion.

Good stay for the price

As far as this particular motel accommodation, it’s a Really nice great clean well maintained, but the staff not so much. They are not very cordial , very stickler about how they operate this business. They are not very friendly and how they encounter their potential guests or current guests. If you Tried to check in a few hours early and btw My experience most motels /hotels will accommodate Very willing to get you into a roomspace But this place Nope they hold you right to the 3 o’clock check-in and keep deposit money, even with their postal signs about them providing breakfast what makes no sense. You have microwaves in fridges in the rooms. People are able to buy their own food store it that you taking prepared food out of their little kitchen, which is waffles and oatmeal and some cerealand let’s keep in mind. They leave the milk out not refrigerated. That’s a problem so it’s not really accommodating to a customer paying to come and stay at thus place after booking the hotel when you’re gonna be treated & be held to those kind of Absolute “standards “
