The Tamarack Lodge

When booked, email said check in time 3 to 5 pm. We were there at 3 pm, no one in office! We came back at 5, somebody in office told us we don't work here & called another person. The other person was on the phone, asked us if we were in roon 2! I told her we are checking in. She talked to the person on the line & said Sarah texted you & while I was waiting to recieve the text she was doing somethung else & talikng on the phone regarding another matter! I decided to check to see if room 2 was unlocked to get in. It was unlocked & we got in but I was looking for a key in the room. I found it finally, but overall experience with checking in was very unprofessional. We don't even have any number to call the management if we need any help or service. No one on the site either! The room is clean but due to bad experience with check in I don't recommend this lodge to other travelers.
