Decent water pressure in the showers, the "deluxe" rooms have pretty new, bedbug-protected mattresses, and each room has a mini fridge. Free parking, freeway-close, a mostly functional ice machine, no annoying deposit fees and compared to the other "cheap" hotel/motels nearby it's, dare-I-say a hidden gem, as long as gem to you tops out at cubic zirconia. Your total room rate will hover right around $75-80, with some great bargain days in the $65 range. It's always cheaper than Motel 6 and homier in a homely, needy prom date kind of way. If you keep your standards low, Jan Brady starts making "Marcia, Marcia, Marcia" look like a rather basic b*tch.

I traveled in from Florida, and was absolutely absolutely blown away by how expensive hotel rooms of this nature are in California. However, this place is clean and the staff is always helpful. Not bad… Not bad at all..

This place is clean and they have a nice pool but the staff from the manager down are very rude they speak in Spanish in front of you to there other employees while you in a conversation the house keeping don't understand English I had go and find them every time I needed them one of them shut my door while I was standing outside my room and locked me out I asked her to please open my room for me and she told me no English even though I caught her knocking on doors saying house keeping in English the staff in the front office are very rude I asked for a receipt for several days in a row and was told later every thing you ask them for they said later I was moved 4 times into different rooms with out even asking for it I have a knee replacement and asked for a down stairs room the whole time I was there they kept me up stairs the room they put us in had no hangers and every thing cost extra there is a dark haired girl that works the front desk that is the rudest of all one room they put me in had tile and they told me for three days that the room cost extra cause it has tile there is no coffee pots in the room or microwave just a fridge and you have to use a microwave down by the vending machines a community microwave other than that the place is nice but employees need to be changed

This place is clean safe area Newbury park and thousand oaks is very safe and beautiful the staff some where good but one or two are not so nice the pool is great and spa is hot alot of parking safe for family's but there is no coffee pots in the room or microwave you have to use the microwave in the vending machine area near the pool bur there is a fridge in the room basic cable and there is no wifi you have to pay for it through the TV but all in all the place is nice 7-11 is very close and alot of places for food is close by

The place is clean there is a nice pool and spa the rooms have a fridge but no microwave or coffee but 7-11 is walking distance close by. the staff is some friendly most are easy to deal with the area is very safe Newbury park and thousand oaks are some of the safest areas city is beautiful and there is lots to do close by.the beach,is close by 20 -30 min drive and there is lots of places to eat
