I've literally only stayed in 1 place worse than this in my entire life. I was here with my 2 adult son's and my teenage daughter for a friend's party, the location was perfect. I reserved a room with 2 queen beds, the photos looked like a cute boutique hotel. Those photos were nothing like what we got. Upon trying to check in I had to wait in the hallway for awhile as the "lobby" was blocked by a locked screen gate. After about 10 minutes a bubbly employee rolled up on some motorized scooter thing to open the gate and check us in. Check in was fine. The room we were in left a lot to be desired. The beds were doubles at best, the bedding was dirty, nothing matched (not a big deal but you'd think a hotel would have matching drapery panels on the same window at least and a matching set of sheets on the beds), there were cigarette burns in the drapes and the comforters, we were told rooms only came with 2 towels and they didn't provide hand towels. In one of the website photos it shows a hair dryer but there was none here and when I asked if there was an iron they said they don't provide them either. The drapes didn't fit the windows, but there was a bobbie pin in place to hold them together, but those walking by could still see in because the drapes didn't even fit the whole window. There were bars on a window that wouldn't lock and a broomstick for safety in another to keep it closed. The door didn't fit the frame and there was air and light coming in from outside. The walls are so thin we could hear the guest below us obviously suffering from some violent flatulence attack. And awakened by another guest obviously having a disagreement. That's was right before the power went out. One of the fans had such a thick layer of dust on it we were afraid to turn it on and be showered with it, or maybe we didn't have to worry because the layer was so thick and obviously stuck there for many months, still didn't chance it. In the other room the ceiling also had dust all over it. The "kitchenette" is literally a tiny microwave that didn't work and the fridge was in bad need of being defrosted. There was a used toilet paper roll thrown on top the "vanity". The furniture is so old it looks like it's probably been here since the '80s. A lot of it is in disrepair, damaged, worn out, stained. They have a tiny little parking lot for you to park in and when we arrived back at this hotel at about midnight the parking lot was completely full so I had to park down the street and walk a few blocks. When we tried to pull in there was also a large SUV parked in the lot blocking all of the rest of the cars and it appeared they would be camping there over night as people were outside of it changing and appeared to be making some sort of bed in the back. Looks like they updated the flooring, but don't look too close or you'll start seeing the dirt buildup on the baseboards. The heater looks rusted out, maybe don't turn that on either, who knows what will blow out of it. Our room was a non-smoking room but we could all smell a faint cigarette smell and upon check in I was warned not to disassemble the smoke detectors or carbon monoxide alarm or I'd be fined (who would do that??). Fortunately we only needed to stay here 1 night so we stayed, if we had to be here longer I would have changed hotels. Don't get me wrong, we love to be outside, hike, etc...we aren't worried about a little dirt or need the best hotels, we weren't getting squeemish about the roaches we saw out front...we're totally fine with "whatever" since the actual hotel isn't usually why we are in a certain place and feel it's just a place to sleep and get ready. We aren't picky. So for me to post the review I am is really fair warning to anyone that's read this far. Choose another place.

This hotel is horrible. The beds are worn out the bedding is stained with cigarette burns Everything is old and needs to be replaced. The place is a mess. Motel 6 is better than this place.

I found cockroaches in this hotel, food from the previous guest, garbage and obviously the cleaning is terrible, this is the worst night I've had in a hotel, they called the manager and he did nothing. I would never go back to this place

The management is great. Very helpful and kind. Fur to the hospitality I recommend this place.
