The staff here at this place is so rude and judgemental towards everyone. The manager is a joke who is the rudest meanest lady I've ever come into contact with, first thing after we check in I got to get dishes because there is none in the rooms that all have kitchenettes and she tells me that because I'm only there for one night I don't get dishes! WHAT?? I called the 1800 number on the website and asked them if this was the case they in fact said no you can get them weather you staying 1 night or many so instead of saying she didn't have clean one's and no one to wash them she lied to me and said I couldn't get them. Then I left my key in the room and go to get another one she then asks my gf for her ID scans it and says she is on DNR list and we could not get in our room not even to get our belongings with out a police officer wouldn't tell us why she was dnr or anything told us to get off the property. It was cause we checked out late one time and they charge for late check out and we didn't have the money when they ran her card so they put her on do not rent. Anyway long story short the staff is awful the rooms are dirtier then outside just take a washcloth to the floor you'll see it turn black also hair all over the linen. If you aren't it at 11am and haven't called for a late check out the lady just opened the door with out giving any time to put on clothes or anything. Terrible place until they get me management I'm afraid it will stay that way

The front desk receptionist was very kind when I checked in, and the room was very clean. :)
