The hotel has a great location in North Beach, is clean, and offers easy access to the beach. However, there were two major issues. First, I booked a Standard King Room through Agoda mainly because it included a microwave, but the hotel did not honor this and insisted the reservation was for a double-bed room. Despite showing my booking confirmation, I was forced to stay in a room without a microwave. Second, on the second night, the AC stopped working properly after we returned to the hotel. It would briefly turn on and then go into standby. The front desk refused to help and said nothing could be done until morning, leaving us in a room with no proper air circulation. When I mentioned this at checkout, there was no apology. Overall, while the location is excellent, poor service and lack of accountability hurt the experience.

Rooms are small and bit old, they are clean but don’t have too many amenities, this is good place if you are looking for something affordable, the location is convenient to transit routes and also to beach and nearby shops, the staff at front desk are wonderful great people who helped a lot thought out my stay. Overall good place can be better with renovation.

The best quality-price hote that you can find in Miami Beach, stayed here 2 times and if I’ll ever be back in Miami, I’ll definitely stay here again.

A very comfortable stay. Near to the beach. All facilities were provided and staff was super accommodating and friendly and a pretty nice neighbourhood. Highly recommended for travellers on budget

This is the third time we stay at this hotel and we would certainly consider it for next time. The room is simple but clean and the hotel's location is great for the beach. Plus, an Italian and a Greek/Turkish restaurants are nearby. A pharmacy and a few stores, too.
