The facilities are clean and the people who work there are very nice. But even if we got in the summer the room is too small and you can only chill in the bed, that for us was extremely uncomfortable, the mattress is really soft.

Didn't get the room I booked and told them the TV wasn't working twice and still no one cared to come fix it or even try to make things right.

Amazing Value

The location is perfect for visiting beaches , farms, wineries. Very close to stores, staff is outstanding; they really want to make your stay enjoyable. If the wifi was faster it would have been perfect. But, why you need wifi during vacation? Maybe because you want to see what is around the area. Other than that, resort is great.

My wife and I were in town for a wedding, and Sun N Sand was significantly less expensive than most of the chains in the area, so we decided to give it a try. Overall it was a really nice experience. Some notes in specific: - The pool and all of the outside facilities were extremely nice. The pictures don't quite do it justice. - We stayed on a Saturday and Sunday in August. The grounds were very quiet and peaceful, and they have signs posted that they will enforce noise limits. - We stayed in the beach house in a "single" room. These rooms are VERY small. If we were to stay here in the future we would select a larger room. Thankfully there is good seating outside of the rooms under the canopy. - According to Google, this place was built in the 1920s, and you can definitely tell. Personally my wife and I really enjoyed this and thought it contributed to the charm and atmosphere, but I can see people disagreeing. - If I had one bigger criticism, it would be that the room was extremely humid. It had been raining that weekend, and the bathroom did not have a fan or a vent. Considering that this is a resort with a pool and you are going to have wet things to hang up, I could see it getting old if you stayed here more than a day or two. We kept the fan running on the AC window unit, but it was also unseasonably cool at night that weekend, so it was a tradeoff. Overall I would definitely recommend giving this place a try, especially if you have extra time while travelling to take advantage of the pool and grounds. If we are in the area we would definitely consider staying here again.
