我在平台上定的所有费用都包含在内，到店另让我付钱。我特意问平台是没有这笔费用，估计看我用护照登记还问我是不是美国人才有这笔费用吧。半夜还有人拿卡刷我的房门，应该是走错了，但是当时很害怕。

Had a great stay at Vino Inn . Was able to walk to most places I wanted to go to. Will stay here again the next time I have to stay in the area.

This place is a GOD AWFUL NIGHTMARE! It may look inviting on the website, but if pictures are worth a thousand words... Then the actual experience is only 3! DON'T GO HERE! The property is managed by this really crazy C**T that tries desperately to still be the popular girl in school as she gossips to other guests about your personal business. She cannot ever admit when she is wrong. In the office it is posted "Animals / pets are prohibited from this property." Funny, she sure still has her "stinky ole' ancient - damn near death dog" that is terribly trained and carries no respect as well as fleas. Don't pet it when it runs up on you, the fleas will jump at you! The young man in the office that works while she is gone, or sleeping or whatever... Well... he's not really the brightest crayon in the box! I was asked to have any visitors to check in at the desk. So when my cousin came to see me I told him to do so. The boy at the desk not only asked him for his ID (that's understandable)... But then demanded his debit card and had him sign paperwork as if he was the one checking in. On top of that, he then issued him (my guest) his own key to get in to my room. Thank GOD it was my family and not just anyone else. The room was under my name... I had already been there for 2 days at that point. All I can say is that my cousin is tripping on this because since that happened there has been 2 unauthorized charges to his account... All from businesses within a .25 of a mile radius of this motel. Now I'm saying but I'm not saying, ya know. I don't know these people or that guy in particular. Why did he need my cousins CC info? Or his signature for that matter. He was simply checking is at the front as a "Guest of the Registered Guest." Simple sign in - sign out is all that needed to happen. Now my cuzzin is dealing with Fraudulent activity on his account... Never once has he had to before this! And WORST OF ALL!!! The Vino Inn on El Camino Real in Atascadero CA ...backs up to a lovely creek and a large empty "field of dead grass" which makes for a cute little backdrop but also must be where all the FIELD MICE & RATS are coming from! That is disgusting and soooo Unsanitary! Yes .... They have made their way inside the property and are so over run that u can't tell me for one single second that the Management has done anything about this! It's gone ignored and would only mean that the health department and the BBB need to be notified immediately as well. There are plenty of other things I'm sure I could have wasted my money on!
