The hotel is well located and was fairly clean (some dirty spots in the shower but not too bad/ not surprising for a hotel). The overnight parking was very expensive but in fairness probably comparable to that in other hotels in the area. We ended up using SpotHero and parked a 9-minute walk away from the hotel for three nights for what would have been the price of one night of hotel parking. The things they should work on: providing clearer instructions at check in regarding how the hotel credit can be used and, crucially, when (we received a very confusing explanation at check in and then a kind member of staff gave me a voucher instead before we checked out). The housekeeping situation is not great - we weren’t told at check in we wouldn’t receive any during our stay. If that is their policy, I think the rooms should be given enough tea/coffee/creamer for the full stay. We were two adults and received 3 coffee pods for 3 days, and two of them were decaf; also, 2 disposable coffee cups - not ideal at all! It shouldn’t be incumbent on guests to request coffee pods from reception. Overall would probably stay there again if in town and the price was reasonable. I’d know what to ask for at check in.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel located in a very good spot. Its connected to the convention center by a skywalk. The beds were comfortable. The room was nice. The reception person was very helpful and accomodating. My only comment would be the carpet could be cleaner in the rooms and hallway.

We've stayed here two years in a row for an event in the convention center. Parking is easy in the Chestnut St. garage behind it, and it's great to be able to leave my car there while at the event. Our room has always been clean and nice, beds comfortable, mini fridge in our room. Staff is helpful and efficient. Restaurant food is tasty and interestingly presented. The destination/resort fee of $20 per day is silly. You can apply $10 of it as credit toward drinks or food in the snack closet next to the check-in desk, or in the restaurant, but the credit expires at midnight the first night (or at least that day's $10 amount expires that night, if you are staying multiple days). But except for that we like staying here and will look to do so the next time we are in Columbus.

Got a room in the "loft" which is a take on "industrial" All that is great, but how about some light? Lighting in the room was awful. One wastebasket. No microwave, the furniture could've been put into the room in a more thoughtful manner. The room was nice and big, but awkward decorating didn't make it nice. No shelf between beds, just one metal one on each side of a bed with a useless light on the wall. There was only one port for charging and that was on one side of one bed, not in the middle where it could be shared. A/C worked at least. Knob fell off of shower because it was sloppily put on had to go downstairs because no one would answer the phone at desk (what if it had been an emergency?) and rudely told me they were so busy with 40 people in the lobby - they must've instantly left because one guy was putting away soda, another was just wandering and Mr. Personality was behind the desk. So, we had to get someone with pliers to shut off the water and needless to say, no shower that night. Nice after athletic event. They wanted to add a $23 "resort fee" for each night. When queried about what it was for I was told "you are just charged that". Really? Repeated questions received similarly vague replies. Basically, you get nothing. Just a bill. The location made it ok because we could just cross the street and go to convention center. Also, what's the point of key card security for the door when it is constantly propped open and somehow none of the staff seems to notice and close the door.
