아비드 호텔 랭커스터 바이 IHG

Getaway trip

Great time

Convenient location to the shopping area & Amish county. Clean room, friendly staff and love the 24 hr coffee/tea on 1st floor

Let me start with the hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pillows were soft and the beds were comfortable. The walls were not thin, so we barely heard people walking around, which is great when you have LO with early bedtimes and naps. With that said, Avid was not super kid friendly (at least not for little ones). Our room only had a shower, my kids are 4 yoand 1 yo. Although the 4 yo was ok, it was not the easiest to bath my 1 yo. The continental breakfast had some variety, but not much. Each morning there were some variety of eggs, a hot meat, and potatoes. Beyond that, there was yogurt, muffins/bagels, bananas/apples, oatmeal, and 2 types of cereal. However, one of the cereal dispenser was stuck the whole time. This isn't so bad considering the price, but not much when you have super picky toddlers. My husband and I were fine with the food, just a warning for those parents with the picky eaters. You may want to bring something for them. Overall, our stay was nice.
