My wife and I booked this place for our honeymoon trip; we stayed over 1 night at room 602. We landed in Lombok at 7:30pm and reached the hotel around 10pm. The room itself was good and nice; I even requested a surprise for my wife to have the room decorated with a honeymoon theme, which the staff delivered exceptionally with a reasonable surcharge. I have no complaints about the room at all. It was cozy, clean, and nice. No complaints on the staff either, as they were all very helpful and super friendly. The hotel sits alone within a cove at Senggigi, which means privacy at its best. The view from the room looking out at the sea is just breathtaking. to say the least. The only downside to this resort would be its overall building maintenance. The building from the outside looks old, with areas at the rooftop that look quite badly damaged (this can be seen from the pool area). The resort has 2 blocks, with 1 block completely closed; it looks abandoned and deserted rather than being renovated. Another downside is the minimal option for breakfast, which was kind of sad as we only had 2 options to choose from, which were either the American breakfast or the local nasi/noodle goreng (it's a set choice, meaning both of us will get the same thing; we wanted to try 1 American breakfast and 1 local menu but were not able to since it's a set order for the room). The toasted bread was more like a hardened biscuit. The other downside was that smoking was allowed in the indoor section of the breakfast area, which took us by surprise. An elderly couple was just smoking away nearby where we were seated. We, along with another family, had to move away to another table just to avoid being secondhand smokers. The waiter boy who was serving us looked quite young and timid, as though he was working there part-time during his semester break, which I believe he would have just been treated badly by the smoker if the boy would to tell him off. The only facility we saw was just the pool which was looked nice to hang in during the afternoon heat.

This hotel has great potential, especially because of its excellent location and the beautiful views from the room balconies. However, the property could benefit from better maintenance, and the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, particularly the glass surfaces. The bed linens were clean overall, although there were still a few visible stains. Some of the dining utensils were a bit dusty, and several electrical outlets were not working. I hope the hotel management will pay more attention to the maintenance of the building and its interior, as I believe this property has the potential to offer an even better guest experience.

Lovely place. Nice beach but a little bit of plastic waste sometimes spoils it. Beautiful rooms, really comfy with private balcony overlooking sea. Fabulous larfw infinity pool that is great at sunset. Downside is it's isolate so you need a taxi to go anywhere and no bar so better bring a bottle of your favorite tipple. Great free breakfast but other tomes the menu can be a bit limited, especially for vegetarians

I had a great 3 nights here. If your looking for more in the way of peace and tranquility this is the place. The sea view room was brilliant great size and balcony and at night hearing the ocean was magical. The staff were friendly too. Now for the constructive feedback, you are a 10 to 15 min drive from sengiggi itself so you would expect this being the case the hotel should be well stocked in food and drink to cater for this.. I read the review about no beer in the bar and you could see how it could happen. There was 1 beer left in the fridge and it never got restocked during the 3 nights we had there which is a bit slack. Also on the 3rd day they had no food on the menu, imagine if your there a couple of days dont know the area too well with the hotel off the beaten track, you need food but the hotel hasnt got any. My partner said they could only do spring rolls and nothing else which was really poor and a shame as on the first night the food was good.. These sort of things could be easily fixed with much better hotel restaurant management so I hope this feedback is acknowledged to help future guests. We were lucky we met a great taxi driver at warung sunset nipah which is a fantastic place too and that helped to make the stay a good one and get us out and about. So hopefully this review will help other guests. Overall a good place but definate room for improvement

We stayed 4 nights at Louis&Kienne.. Great hotel, Great view although the location is great for honeymooner and staycation but for those who had business in Mataram... I recommended not to stay at this hotel... The travel is way too far, public transport is too limited and if you travel way too late at night.. the road are too dark.. The Hotel are great... and the beach is great.. co coral! maybe because they just re-opened.. the place like understaff... the breakfast are not too satisfying... But.. overall we had a good time... Thanks
