Nights Inn Motel

This motel is very barebones. The room stank of cigarettes. Generally unpleasant.

Not even a joke. They didn’t clean my room beforehand so trash, someone’s old shirt, and spiderwebs were everywhere. The shower stall **didn’t have a curtain**. Let that sink in for you. Loud, annoying, ghetto, creepy residents (who are no doubt long-term) to make you feel uncomfortable (with all their racket) and unsafe (with their night-and-day fighting) Construction right next door to really make sure you get zero rest. No one is EVER in the office. Had to use the Ring doorbell to get his lazy ass to the office both times I needed to talk to him. The second time, he was so lazy and stupid he actually asked me what I needed over the intercom instead of just answering the door. As if he could ever take care of literally anything I needed without doing so. Only here because it’s the cheapest. But you get what you pay for.

Had to get an hotel nearby my place for a night as I managed to lock myself out of my apartment and didn't have access to my spare key until the next day. Not much to say in terms of review, it was probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. And I've backpacked all over the world, often to some not so fancy places so my standards are not particularly that high. The carpet alone probably hasn't been changed in 30 years and looks and smells like it's really been three times as much. The rest of the room was on par.
