Happy with our 4-nights stay at Twin Peaks Hotel. Tram and metro is with 5 mins walk. Lots of eateries and cafe nearby. 2 supermarkets Safeway and Wholefoods are within 10 mins walk. Check out time was 11am and the Staff Paul was kind to let us keep our bags till 7pm. Uber ride to the SFO airport is less than USD50.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. • I was assigned to a different floor than what was communicated. • The window was so stiff that even a man couldn’t open or close it; I had to call the staff for assistance. • The door lock was difficult to operate; it’s impossible for a woman to use. • Initially, I was given a spare key, but it was later taken back. Immediately after check-in, I encountered numerous issues and felt uncomfortable, so I requested a refund. However, despite all these problems, I was told, “There’s no inconvenience,” and no refund was provided. In the end, I left the hotel and booked a new one. It was a hassle and made me feel very uncomfortable. I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel.

Has room for much improvements.

So I was a little hesitant on staying to be honest. The whole community bathroom thing isn't really my thing. They allowed early check in, fee FREE, the staff was very kind and welcoming at check in. Room was quite large (corner room) and very clean 🫧🫧🫧. Furnishings were giving "old and needing replacement". Towels were so-so and shared bathroom was always spotless. Considering I was facing Market the room was quiet, and had no complaints during my stay.... EXCEPT FOR: WiFi isn't great (where my room was located at least) and outlets are slim to none. Definitely will stay again!

Point positif : Hôtel bien situé, proche du métro et de Castro. Les sanitaires communs (douche et toilettes) sont très propres. Point négatif : Notre chambre donnait sur la rue, qui est très bruyante. Bouchons d’oreilles obligatoires pour dormir.
