Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this property! The hvac system is heat only. I cant even just run the fan to circulate the air. Contact front desk and get told theres nothing they can do. Another employee interrupted say they would send maintenance down to fix it. Maintenance guy shows up and say they'll get it fixed. Return from my sons baseball game and dinner. Still not fixed. Bed is freaking horrible! "Courtyard view" is a brick wall. Constant noise from outside and adjacent rooms. No table in the room like there generally is. Hot water is warm at best. I knew as soon as I saw the property I should've stayed elsewhere. I just hope my son gets enough quality rest for the rest of his tournament games

Had 2 bookings at this location. A friday night stay and saturday night stay. Dues to my experience on friday it basically forced up to leave early saturday morning and go to another hotel to stay. Horrible customer service! The staff tries to turn your concerns around on you. Talk to multiple staff members and get multiple different stories. Best 1 yet was when they send a maint guy to your room and he basically says to "just open the windows if you want air circulation. I don't know why they sent me here because I do not know anything about this hvac system and there's nothing I can do to help you".....suck a joke. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this old run down location. The bed was worse than a 50s Bel-Air bench seat. Booking lists "Balcony" and "Courtyard view" but all you see out your window is the brick wall from the adjacent building.

Upon entering the registration area, you are hit with foul smell of cigarette smoke! Overwhelming odor. The front desk staff is very low energy and we felt like we were a bit of an imposition. This hotel has the name Ramada by Windham but has no resemblance to what the name implies. Have stayed at Ramadas and actual Windham hotels, this place is not deserving of the name The one plus was the nearby parking across the street. Elko is a nice small town and we were easily able to walk to dinner places. They should provide coffee in the lobby for early morning departures. The included breakfast is not available for early morning checkouts either. A boxed breakfast should be available for pickup.

Staying at a hotel connected to the casino was a surprise. Our room was on the opposite side so all was quiet. Breakfast at the Stockman was hot, made to order and complimentary! Great value for the price of the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice chat with the security guy and waitress at Stockmans.

The room was clean and spacious , and the staff was courteous and helpful.
