Budget stay with friendly staff but poor cleanliness and maintenance.
booked this place mainly because of the low price, but unfortunately, it came with many downsides. The room lacked even basic amenities — no toilet paper was provided. Towels and bed sheets were stained with orange marks, and the walls were dirty and clearly in need of renovation. The lighting in the room was poor, with some bulbs not working. There was no hot water in the shower, and the sink faucet was leaking. The fridge also didn’t work. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and responsive. They gave us two free bottles of drinking water upon request, which was appreciated. The room had a functioning air conditioner, TV, and strong Wi-Fi. However, I was bothered by the staff asking me more than once about my check-out time, even though check-out is clearly stated as before 12 PM. It felt like they were rushing me to leave early. Overall, cleanliness and maintenance need serious improvement. Please consider doing some renovations. Only suitable if you’re on a very tight budget and don’t mind compromising on comfort.
