First please note that I am all about saving money. If I were the owner I would first take a more complimentary cover picture. I would also stress the location. The property interior had a recent interior makeover. Here is what the property management should stress: 1. McDonald's is next door. Bonus. 2. Several other dining options are within 2 blocks including Jack-in -the l- Box, Burger King, I-Hop, and a Louisiana Chicken that has awesome fried catfish. Next, Bus 117 will take you to the LAX airport shuttle for $1.75 cash (no change) in about 20 minutes. The shuttle is free and drops you right in front of your gate. There were several more nearby walking adventures but I ran out of MoJoe. An easy property upgrade would be to add a shower caddy for your soap & shampoo. Good aircon and television. Good door locks My only complaint was someone chose to violate the no s.oking rule by smoking in their room....that is what my nose said. But I could only smell it in the hall.

I'll admit, I was very skeptical...when the gentleman came to the window to check us in with no shirt...and then got his wife up who had been sleeping on the floor behind the counter in her night shirt...and then got who appeared to be their teenage daughter up in her pink night shirt to get us checked in at 7:30-ish in the morning. Like, seriously, running a business and no one was up and dressed at 7:30am. Interesting. Calling this property a "hotel" feels quite generous. More like a hostel. So, you're not going to be greeted. No breakfast provided, no coffeemaker in the room. The soap provided is AWFUL! Throw it straight in the trash. BUT, if you're coming for an event (like we did at SoFi Stadium), it's a quick easy walk... Basically, around the corner and across the street. You need coffee? Breakfast? This property is right next door to a McDonald's that's attached to a gas station/convenience store. Pop in there and buy yourself some real soap. Also, bring yourself some shower shoes for that community bathroom/shower (which was pleasantly and surprisingly sparkling clean...but still... Your foot fungus is on you if you don't take this advice). Our TV never worked but we weren't there to watch TV so that wasn't a big concern and the location was super easy for the Uber drivers. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Esp now that I know what to expect.
