I can't say enough about this place. I woke up to a plumbing leak that had saturated all freshly laundered clothes that were in bags on the carpet. I woke up to standing water it was raining outside. The staff was very aware of the plumbing issue because they immediately opened the door next door to mine to find standing water there also.. nobody lifted a finger to help me move rooms even though it was well documented and aware that I was disabled including that I had a service animal with me. I told the owner what the nature of my disabilities were when I checked in with my dog because he was so militant about it. I had to call friends to help me move my belongings to the room they hastily threw me in next door. Of the four staff members loitering around not one lifted a finger to help me. The manager never came down I went to the front to say something to him he immediately blurted out some excuse about the room next door. I told him about my clothing being soaked and ruined. He replied irritated that he would give me some money and told me where the local laundrymat was. I asked him afterwards if they could possibly just throw the clothes in the washer and dryer that they use to launder the sheets. He adamantly told me no way. Then he began harassing me about paying for the room that he told me to move into. This all was over the period of an hour upon waking up to go to the bathroom and putting my feet on cold soaking wet floor. I did not end up staying I ended up moving all of my stuff into my truck with my dog with no place lined up yet in the pouring rain. That was so frantic that when I pulled over to that my dog go to the bathroom I left the truck running and the doors locked behind me and I had to call aaa. I never collected anything from him because he was too busy trying to collect for me for a room that I should have honestly been comped for. I had stayed there for over a week never paid late always paid up front and on time. The only visitors I had were the ones that had to come and help me move my stuff. I've decided to go to the city of Los Angeles department that governs hotels and licenses airbnbs etc and file a claim.

Owners were very hostile. My guest got harassed while coming up the stairs that he needed to show his ID. My guest responded saying yea that he will bring the id once he puts down his bags an the manager caused a huge scene and wouldn’t let my guest come up stairs and put down his bags and then after that it was just an issue and I felt like I was personally being singled out and watched by the workers.

The hotel was dirty and the staff unprofessional. Tried to scam cash for possible late check out. They actually wanted to charge $20 per hour for each hour after checkout. They also required the cash to be paid at the time of check in, even though a late checkout was not needed for certain. Also wanted to up charge for a non smoking room. None of this was told to me at the time of booking. When all of this was questioned the clerk refused to give me a room and I was left stranded. Stay away from this location as well as the booking app. When I reported this situation to them they did not just refund my money, they are looking into it and the hotel could not be reached. I am now forced to file a dispute with my CC company. +
