컴포트 인 & 스위트 아마릴로 웨스트, 메디컬 센터 근처

The room was a little dated, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, and having an elevator made getting to our room much easier while I’m traveling on crutches. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Beds were comfy & the room was spacious enough. 2 sink areas was nice when everyone was getting ready for the day. We used the indoor pool area and spa was closed, but the kids enjoyed the pool for a bit. We didn’t eat the free breakfast, but the area was a good size and looked like a several choices of continental breakfast items.

We weren't told about the hot tub being not working. It was extremely dangerous to just put a couple steps off tape across it. They should have a temporary fence around it so little kids don't fall in. One employee was cussing in front of our kids. That is not professional. Breakfast was ok.,

1) Was charged more than the agreed upon amount Agoda quoted and I agreed on. Had NO incidentials. 2) Picked this hotel based on Hot Tub, it was the nicest in area, it was broke. They said they would give me a bathtub with jets, it was broke. 3) Bed was like sleeping on a brick, got maybe 2 hrs sleep. 4) Bathroom was so small you have to strattle the toilet to close the door, the toilet paper in dispenser is so far back you can't reach it while sitting down and the toilet is really short to the ground and kept running every so often.. 5) Towels are very ruff 6) Turning shower on was very difficult, had to get help. 7) I only watch LMN and Hallmark and neither was on the TV selection. 8) The electical outlet on A/C side of bed is too loose and won't charge the phone unless you set there and hold it in place.

You have so many options for food and shopping nearby. Hotel is new and clean. Really enjoyed our stay there.
