The staff are amazing. I am so glad I chose to stay

So i went online made reservations for me and my service dog, I arrive at 9:30pm the last in the office is rude and is acting as if I am infectious telling me to go across the room to wait for manger since it became obvious that she was more than not, illiterate, once I was issued a key I get to the room there's no chair no couch, there's a coffee table a desk, there's an ice bucket that has ice in it in the fridge as I am looking I see roaches. I had tried to modify the reservation before check-in and it was not possible or I would have darted. A friend rented the room next door and did not have an animal he room was like totally different it had a sofa an office chair bright white towels that were decent. I made it a point to look at the empty rooms as I would take my dog out and all the rooms that were empty ( more than half) has all the same furniture that was in my friends room. Because I have seizures I had been given a room that was way below standard, the peep hole had been removed which i dogs not notice till the next day. I have first handedly been discriminated against simply for having a health condition that I need assistance with.

I had a reservation arrived after 9pm the place barely had any guest, I was does shooed away from window by lady who obviously did not how to do anything other than shoo guest away while waiting for manager. Who was me educated yet just as unfriendly. Once I was able to gain access to room it was in tune with the staff, there was no couch, no chair, only a desk and coffee table. The place had roaches but I had tried to cancel prior to me arriving so I could add another night but found that there was no option to modify or cancel. I had my service food with me.

I had requested a handicap accessible room was put on the second floor and was told I couldn't use the elevator
