I spent 4 nights from Thursday through Monday in June. The location of the hotel was great for my visit to San Diego with my mom in La Jolla nursing home. My room was large, comfortable and clean. It was a suite with a nice queen size sofa bed. It seem like the room just got a full make over. Bathroom is large with nice shower. The only problem was there was no hot shower for the sink. I ask the front desk to check on it for me the next morning after my first night there and the issue was not address. So there was no hot water for me to shave at the sink. Also, there was no daily maid service, only one day out of the 4 nights stay for me. Hot breakfast was included with the room and it was decent. I did noticed that breakfast foods were much more full on Friday morning and Monday morning than during the two weekend days. It appeared to me that they had a different breakfast server during the week days than the weekends. The hotel location surrounded by many pharmaceutical companies and it appeared catering for business stay folks that work at these companies. On the weekend, there were many families with kids staying at this hotel for summer times in San Diego. Over all I had a nice quiet stay at this hotel. I can't say the customer service at the hotel is that great.

Nice hotel but no hot water in sink

Excellent Staff!!
Andrea at the front desk was wonderful. I had a slight issue and she handled it compassionately and professionally. Beds were comfy, safe area and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was great! We would definitely return.

Better than I expected
The facilities were better than expected, clean and I'm good condition. The room was spacious and clean, but the room was not made up for the last night of my stay. Staff were friendly and responsive. I would stay again.
